To earn the Healthcare Safety Certificate, participants must complete total of seven required courses:

Healthcare Safety Certificate Requirements

To earn the Healthcare Safety Certificate, the individual will have to successfully complete seven required courses. 至少五门课程, 包括最后两个, must be completed through the 基督教社会联盟DH OTI Education Center. All courses must be completed within a 5 year period. The official “certificate enrollment date” is the first day of the first 基督教社会联盟DH OTI Education Center course the participant wishes to count towards the certificate of completion. 课程 taken through other official OSHA 培训 Institute Education Centers can be used to fulfill up to two courses required for the certificate of completion in Healthcare Safety, if they were completed within two years prior to the participant’s official “certificate enrollment date”.

Students not pursuing the certificate of completion may take individual courses.
