类搜索 Tutorial (FA24)

To 搜索 for classes offered each 术语, access the 类搜索 tool directly from the link or if you are on the My基督教社会联盟DH page, you can access it from the "Quick Links" menu on the right far-hand side.

步骤1: 我的班级搜索 provides 搜索 criteria options for classes offered based on:

• 术语
• 会话
• 课程主题
• 课程数量

The "Session" drop down menu will default to "Regular Session" for students 搜索ing for classes offered for the regular summer, fall and spring 术语.  However, if you are 搜索ing for classes offered through the College of Extended & International Education or Cal State 在线 classes, you must select the appropriate 会话 from the drop-down menu.

步骤5: There are additional 搜索 criteria possibilities. 搜索es can be performed using a single 搜索 criterion or a combination of any of the 搜索 criteria. The more criteria you identify in your 搜索, the narrower and the least amount of time required to retrieve your results. You can 搜索 by:

• 课程的职业
• 会议开始时间
• 会议结束时间
• 星期几
• 类数
• 课程属性
• 课程属性 Value

To access the additional 搜索 criteria, click on the arrow followed with instructions of "Click on the arrow to the left for Additional Criteria".

Large 搜索 Results Warning Message

If you perform a 搜索 that has a large return of results, you will receive a warning message like the one below.

To avoid performing a large 搜索, Click on button to return to the 搜索 page and add additional criteria. 如果你点击  button, the 搜索 will continue, but may take some time to retrieve your results.
